• Utility hookups SCE, SoCal Gas, Frontier
• Work with Soboba Tribal Credit, and Morongo Reality to record Residential Leases in TAAMS (Trust Assets and Accounting Management System) with the BIA (Bureau of Indian Affairs)
• Home Warranty

Mission
Soboba Housing Department’s vision is to ensure the Tribal Members receive the best support to secure a Tribal Home Loan in order to fulfill their dream of building a new home or renovating their existing home to live a happy and fulfilling life on the Soboba Indian Reservation with their families for many years to come.
